Have your own personal policy manual and discover infinite possibilities for conflict resolution! It's easy and vital to use when encountering and combatting an establishment's stupid and hindering policies.
Simply apply the pre-written policies as they appear in your Official Policy Manual, or you can write your own customized policies to meet your individual requirements based on the situation at hand.
There are five official sections in your Official Policy Manual. Each section features two or three recommended policies, followed by blank policy pages that you may record and number new policies as needed.
Example: Policy 2000.2 - Hotel Reservations
"If I request and reserve a non-smoking room at any hotel and that property then gives my non-smoking room away to another guest(s) prior to my arrival, then said hotel is required by law to upgrade me to a non-smoking suite at no additional cost to me. No exceptions."

Instructions for putting picture on the back page:
- Open Microsoft Word and click on File, then New to open a new blank document
- Click on Insert, then go to Picture
- Click on From File
- Select and highlight the picture you want from your files and click on it to copy it to the document.
- Right click on the picture and go to Format Picture
- Go to Size - use size height: 2.93" and width 2.06"
- Click OK
- Go to File, click on print, and click OK
- Make sure you print on self adhesive paper
- Cut the picture out, peel the self adhesive back of the paper and stick on the back cover of "My Official Policy Manual"
